Every order passes through five disciplines we control directly: raw material selection, formula development, kneading stability, forming consistency, and batch-by-batch testing. Of these five disciplines, kneading and forming are where electrode performance is won or lost — they determine your electrode’s density, resistivity, and consumption rate inside the furnace. Every batch is tested in our in-house laboratory under our ISO 9001-certified quality management system against seven parameters before it leaves the plant.
